1-Regulations
By Accepting this contract you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations. (1) You shall uphold the rules of our server. (2) Hacking is a crime on this server, punishable by (a) An Immediate kick off the server. (b) a Ban of the account. (c) an IP-Ban (3) Miss using any powers given to you shall result in warnings. Warnings follow as (a) Slap on the wrist. (b) Resource gathering for players. (c) Jail time for 5 mins with the other rule breakers. (d) a 20min Jail time increase. (e) a Removeal of Rank and Title.(4) You must be actively helping the server, its players, or anyting that has anything to do with Winter WoW. 2-Rights and Acts
By Accepting this contract you agree to abide by the following Rights and Acts of the Winter WoW Staff. (1) You have the right to the following. (a) Speaking your mind in forum and server. If you do not like what is going on nothing will happen to you. (b) You have the natural human being right on the forum and server. There is no discriminations between nationality and race.(c) You have the power to vote for other staff members if the said owners are not able to do so. (d) A Fair trial if any rules are broken by the said staff member. (2) Your Acts of the Staff members are as follow. (a) You may use Staff locations anytime. (b) You may enter the Restricted locations. (c) You are allowed to Remove, ether by force or not, any player that has broken rules on the server. but you may not Ban any one with out telling the said owners.
3-Penalties
By Accepting this contract you agree to abide by the following Penalties for rule breaking of the Winter WoW Staff. (1) If you are caught hacking you will be; (a) Banned for Life and all Affilities of the said Owners and Winter WoW. (2) If you are caught handing out items to non-staff with out the following done first; Events, Donations, etc... You shall be, (a) Both striped of items. (b) Removeal of Item spawning command from account. (3) If you are caught Moddifying Player Accounts with the following, Staff account, Health, mana, rage, energy, damage, etc... you shall be (a) Demoted 2 ranks. (b) Effected account shall be searched. (b2) If account comes up with information about knowing that said account was going to be moddifyed, thay shall be jailed for 10mins.Do You Accept the Terms of the Winter WoW Staff?
