[Important] *Static Information* What a coder(s) needs to do for the server when its formed before launch date.

1: Player Help Item.
    I need some one to make and be able to code items that players start out with that let them teleport, morph, mount,form a guild, and so forth.
The item must also be able to be non-distroyable or non-sellable. and must be able to do the following I said it should do and possibly more later on

2: Reacting NPC's.
    I need some one to be able to code NPC's in a city to be able to talk with each other or make announcements for people in the area with yell commands or say commands. Must also be able to alert people if there is an attacker near like in retail citys and be able to defend. Custom Guards are nice but optional for like saying were locations are in a custom city and be able to attack.

3: A City Fortification Guard
   an NPC that is located at the main city of each Faction. (IE: Horde and Alliance) that when you give tokens to for PvP winning to enhance members of the Horde or Alliance all over the game and to buff up city defenses in the area.

4: Morphing Vendor
    Must be able to make a morphing vendor that turns you into any creature wished. Can cost Gold or no Gold dosnt really matter that much.

5:  Instence Gate Creator
     We need some one who can create a gate for any instence we have made for the server. This will reduce instence downtime and let people group up rather then go in there and be attacked by other Players.

6:  Token Vendor
     We need a vendor that when you gain a PvP, Battleground, City Defense, or Guild Token Vendor so people can buy advance armor and weapons. also some spells.
